Are you a careseeker looking for someone to care for your mom or dad? Do you need someone for a few hours or all day? Are you looking for a Live-in? What are your needs?
Are you a caregiver interested in providing one-on-one care? Do you want to use your skills and training in a personal and private setting? Do you want the familiarity of working with the same person? Are you capable of being flexible, cooperative, friendly and compassionate?
Register as a Caregiver or CareSeeker to browse notebooks, housing, in-home assignment needs, or a detailed listing of caregivers seeking to provide in-home care. Schedule one-on-one interviews by completing the Master Interview Schedule. Two notebooks will house information for caregivers and careseekers, separately. You are encouraged to apply early so your information is a guaranteed entry in the notebook when the conference begins.
To participate, complete the Care Match Application. Even though 2-day conference registrants participate in all events without additional fees, a separate form must be completed for information sharing. A $20.00 fee is assessed for all other participants.
